1. Pricing & Payment Details
  • Sales Price: As displayed on the sales website.

  • Additional Fees:

    • Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for shipping fees for international deliveries.

    • Bank Transfer Fees: Customers are responsible for any bank transfer fees.

  • Payment Timing: Payment will be charged according to the withdrawal date set by the respective credit card company.

  • Payment Methods:

    • Bank Transfer (Customers are responsible for bank transfer fees.)

2. Service Delivery & Course Start Date
  • Courses will be provided on the scheduled course date or the reserved date.

  • Customers may begin the course on the designated start date after the Company has confirmed both the application and payment completion.

3. Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy

As a general rule, cancellations and refunds due to customer circumstances are not accepted once payment has been confirmed.

4. Payment Method Details
  1. Credit/Debit Cards

    • Accepted brands: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club

  2. PayPal

    • Payments can be made via direct debit from a linked bank account or a credit/debit card registered to the PayPal account.

  3. Bank Transfer

    • Payments can be made via bank transfer to our Japanese bank account (Sumishin SBI Net Bank).

    • For international transfers, all transaction fees, including bank handling fees and exchange rate differences, must be covered by the sender. The full invoice amount must be received in Japanese yen (JPY).

    • Please ensure that any applicable fees are paid in addition to the course fee to avoid short payments.

Note:

  • Additional transaction fees may apply depending on the payment method.

  • Payment receipts issued by financial institutions or credit card companies serve as proof of payment. The Company does not issue separate receipts, so please keep your transaction records safe.
