3. Course Fees & Payment

• Course fees must be paid using one of the designated payment methods (PayPal or bank transfer).

• Your spot in the Course is secured only upon payment.

• Any transaction fees related to the payment must be covered by the applicant.

4. Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations by Participants

• Once payment is completed, cancellations and refunds due to personal reasons are not accepted.

• If you face unavoidable circumstances, we may offer participation in a future session. Please contact us as soon as possible.

2. Course Cancellation by the Company

• If the Company cancels the Course due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

• In such cases, participants will be notified promptly.

3. Rescheduling

• If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable reasons, you may reschedule your participation:

  • For in-person courses: Notify us at least 21 days before the start date.

  • For online courses: Notify us at least 10 days before the start date.

5. Prohibited Actions

Participants are strictly prohibited from:

• Recording, duplicating, modifying, or distributing course content without permission.

• Disrupting or interfering with instructors or other participants.

• Using course materials for commercial purposes without prior approval.

6. Disclaimer

• The course content and delivery method may be changed without prior notice.

• The Company is not responsible for disruptions due to natural disasters, network issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.

• If a participant misses or leaves a session, no compensation or refund will be provided, regardless of the reason.

• If an instructor becomes unavailable due to unforeseen reasons, the Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course.

• If the course cannot be conducted due to severe external factors (e.g., political conflicts, natural disasters), the Company may cancel or modify the course without prior notice.

7. Handling of Personal Information

• Personal information collected during the application process will only be used for course-related communication and materials.

• We will not provide personal information to third parties without consent.

• Zoom software installed in advance.
